I have something in my eye.

This is so beautiful

Listening to a Jai Paul song sounds like a tuning into a pirate radio station being broadcast directly from someone’s brain. Unexpected sounds interrupt like interference from the next stop on the dial, and the vocals and instruments fade in and out like you’re one town over from where the signal comes in clear. Occasionally, a Jai Paul song can also sound like a live DJ set— kinetic, free-flowing, and a little off-the-cuff. But you often get the feeling that you are the only person listening to this radio station, or the only person at this club. That’s probably the most interesting contradiction at the heart of Jai Paul’s music: It’s at once distant, unknowable, and somehow feverishly intimate.

The Friday Night Warm-Up

Every week there is an amazing Friday night show that plays the best music  . Everyone should check it out, it’s called the Friday Night Warm Up. Here’s yesterday’s podcast

You will not be disappointed. Definitely will put you in a mood for Friday Night.

I don’t think anyone realises how much I don’t want to move house.

Been in the same house since 1997 and now I’m moving to the middle of nowhere.

What a brilliant cover

RIhanna Diamonds Cover - Dan Henig ft. Miriam Johnson

There’s no shortage of Diamonds covers on youtube but the harp in this gives this version an edge. Combined with Dan Henig’s soothing voice, this cover is peaceful, lullaby-like and a new favourite.

To make things better he does an excellent Move Bitch cover (obviously a favourite already :D)

My God this ^

Bill Maher went on record criticising the Second Amendment and all the comments under the article I was reading started complaining about how he  obviously hates America and how the liberals are ruining the country and are authoritarian dumbasses.

But why do any of those people commenting need guns in their homes? Do they have a desire to accidentally shoot people? Do they want to leave them in the way for their children to find, for a desperate relative to steal?

Yes yes I know, it’s a RIGHT, it’s in the constitution but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s RIGHT or necessary in day-to-day lives.

How can these images above not make sense to the right? Especially when you compare the number of people who die at the hands of guns in America to pretty much everywhere else in western Europe or even Canada.

Kelis's Lil Star is so underrated. It is such a brilliant yet simple song.
The jacket I’m still not so sure about…

“‘Cause in the dark of the night you’re all I can see
And you sure look like a star to me”
